About this app

The Magnit VMS Supplier App enables account managers, recruiters, sourcers and billing specialists to manage items throughout the contingent workforce lifecycle, all without ever touching their desktops or laptops. Magnit VMS allows them to quickly coordinate and schedule interviews, view pending engagement requests, review and confirm expenses, manage candidates, manage projects, and much more.

NOTE:
• This application requires a Magnit VMS Supplier username and password to log in. Only suppliers that service clients as part of a Magnit program will have access. Additionally, the Magnit VMS Supplier App must be enabled at the program you are servicing in order to function.
• The ability to sign in with Face ID® or Touch ID® biometric authentication is at the discretion of the client using Magnit VMS. When enabled, users who do not sign in within a rolling 14 day window using Face ID®/Touch ID® will be prompted to sign in with their password to re-enable biometric authentication as a security precaution.

Ratings and reviews

FRUSTRATED WITH THIS APP! Used to be a good app. Now everytime I log in it says update and so I click on it. It takes me to the app store and there is no option to update. SO FRUSTRATING! I've tried to Uninstall and reinstall and I still experience this problem on my Android phone. Then I try to login through a web browser on my phone and it takes me back to the app. There is no option to use the web browser to access it from my phone. Bottom line, I cannot use Wand on my phone PERIOD.

If I could give zero stars... I used this app for entering my timecard..it was working fine until I was forced to update! I was not able to login, tried several times to reset, never received a link, tried support and they closed my request without any help!! I am usually team android above all, luckily I have a iPad and was able download app and add my time card. Get it together!!

Awesome app, there has been some technical issues that I have shared with the development team. Certain items have a funky process to it. Suppliers don't get notifications if you forward an interview to a candidate that is accepted directly by the candidate. There can be some backlog that creates like 15 notifications for some positions.

What's new

We will be phasing this app out on 15/04/2024 and replacing it with the Magnit Mobile VMS app. From 15/04/2024 forwards, you will use the Magnit Mobile VMS app for all of your supplier needs.
