The app needs a lot of work. It runs very slow and at checkout I can't select a payment method. The website isn't as bad but it doesn't recognize any email I type in at checkout so my only option is to place my order using a 3rd party service or calling the restaurant to place a pick up order. Please fix your app Spin Pizza, its very annoying.

Can't see more than half of what's on the page. All the writing is off to the right of the page and you can't shrink the page smaller or scroll to the right to read it. The page is also hard to scroll especially on the spin features tab, so it just isn't friendly to use on the app. The easiest way is to use a computer when you want something from spin pizza.

Went to Spin with family. Gave cashier my phone number to look up account and cashier couldn't find it. So I went to the app, and other than a message that says 'invalid grant', the app didn't indicate what the problem actually was. I receive all your marketing emails. I don't recall anything recently stating the app was being redone again. 🤷‍♀️
