TravelDesk™ App is completely integrated with TravelDesk™ ERP system. This App specifically caters for Drivers activities right from booking alerts to generating single trip sheet bill on-the-spot.

Features:
Booking alerts through notifications.
Allows driver to accept or decline the booking.
Driver can enter opening kilometre reading along with the garage distance displayed automatically using GPS.
Driver can close the trip by entering closing kilometre reading along with the garage distance displayed automatically using GPS.
Also driver has the option to enter Toll Fee & Parking Fee while closing the trip.
Based on the rights allotted drivers can also generate bill and share with the customer.
Bills Amount is SMSed the Customer and Bill Copy gets eMailed to Customer
