You just sent me a 7digit otp but the app shows only 6 digits to fill. Hire some good developers. And Ctopup history is jumbled up. It Should be in sequence and there is no need to include those cliche transitions, its a retailer's app not an entertainment app.

Pathetic. Whenever we try to recharge the app won't even start. It stays still showing the opening page. Most of the time we either depend on other methods to recharge the customer or wait for hours to again be it functional. Usuallyy we choose the former.

Why the app didn't shows the customer sim status and the current plan so we can able to suggest which plan is suitable for them. In my experience recently I tried recharge of 99 rs in TN within few days the plan stops working but the validity remains some days. Now the customer come and report me and asking money back. In these situations what I do? How can I check the issues of that number.
