Was working until today (03/24/2025). Now all I get is "an error has occurred. try again or call." Trying again only shows the same message. Awesome. Force stopped, cleared cache. No luck. Zero stars until this gets fixed. ---> 08/2025, at least that issue was fixed. Yet, it's not the same as online banking as several features are not available in the app. For that reason, it only deserves 3.5 stars.

Unable to access my account from the mobile or desktop versions. The user agreement takes ages to scroll through on the mobile version and when I finally got through it all, the system tells me I can't be validated. This is unacceptable. *Update** after trying unsuccessfully to access my account all day, I was finally able to register for access. Great, except that I log into my account to check recent transactions... and none are showing. This has got to be the worst release ever.

I have downloaded and used this app (successfully) a few times now. Problem is that it stops letting you login after awhile. Password, fingerprint, doesn't matter. Works one day and stops working the next. App has a few more bugs to work out before I download again. Banking apps are very important to me and are definitely a reason I would move my accounts.
