not able to use service. did not tell me the location of the locker, even staff in Mecca tower museum did not know where the locker is located. no support available, chat function does not work. very disappointed and want a full refund PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!

Greats service, hosts were nice. However, the app's native map is terrible! Finding the location was a chore.

Support doesn't answer at all. There is no control over dropping off and picking up luggage.
