Ratings and reviews

Excellent, but I REALLY struggle with the media download. PLEASE let us see video names and dates so we only download new ones. The alternative is to download everything and delete them off the drone BUT this resets the image sequence back to zero which becomes an absolute NIGHTMARE as names are duplicated. Please NEVER reset the image sequence number - just keep incrementing it like digital cameras do. EVERYTHING ELSE IS AWESOME!!! 😊

Doesn't work, just says to connect before you can connect

I use my V6 regularly for doing boat inspections in my marina. Unfortunately, after the last firmware and app update the live feed video has become very jerky and unstable. This problem isn't reflected in the video I have taken which is as it should be, smooth. I have tried changing the live bit rate and all the camera settings but to no avail. I also tried to contact Qysea via email contact but the email and phone sections for point of contact won't allow me to fill in my relevant details.
