I downloaded Beethoven's 8th symphony. Qobuz played movement one, then decided I needed to listen to Queen. I don't understand how the app is getting to be so incredibly awful. The one and only thing Qobuz has going for it is that it honestly has no ads. But when I can't listen to any of the things I choose, what's the point? I've emailed support three times in the last two weeks and haven't heard a single word back. Terrible app, terrible customer service. Do I really have to switch to Spotify?

I've enjoyed the app until the last couple of months. It's gotten pretty buggy with shutting down during streams, downloaded albums that disappear so I can't listen to them when I'm out of service (which defeats the point of offline listening in the first place). And now I get notifications that I can't listen to music because of my VPN. Why does that even matter if my VPN is still based in the US? I'm struggling maintaining my monthly subscription. Hope the issues are resolved soon.

I like the service itself most out of all the high res services available, but it loses a star because qobuz is the undsptd loser in selection. Inexplicable gaps in artist discogs that don't occur in any of the others, entire artists missing that are evrywr else, etc. Anthr star lost bc thr is no sggstn mechanism, just a generic "Discover" page, which is fine if you lstn to TSwift and rap. I like to know the stats of the music playing, as Qobuz does, rather than a vague "HiFi," so that's a plus.
