This app has become a piece of junk ever since the COJ changed things at the 630-CITY phone number. It constantly crashes, locked up, locks your phone up where you cannot get out of the app and it will not let you shut your phone off when it does crash or lock your phone up. You have to pull the battery out to get it shut down. This has been going on ever since the COJ changed at 630-CITY.

12/26/19: This app was discontinued when the city changed the customer service experience last fall, although it is still available on the itunes and playstore sites. At a city council town hall in September we were told it was gone and that there were no current plans for replacement. The online customer service site must be used, and that's very annoying to those of us that are out taking photos of blight as there is no longer a streamlined, efficient way to report an issue.

You can report only some issues through this app. You find out that yours can't be submitted after logging in, selecting the area and then not finding your issue in the options. Why can't I report traffic light issues on this app? Update, still not working. Now won't let me submit any report.
