Ratings and reviews

Complete uninstall, reboot and reinstall helped resolve some issues. Still lags at times. Sometimes I get audio alerts but it takes 10 to 15 seconds for the info to come through. It's also lagging when I press 'done' on a call. Which is no good for the customer who is waiting to resume bowling! Tried turning a center punch deck light to white for maintenance, and ALL deck lights shut off for some reason. They had to be turned back on from the desk. Don't know if that is an app issue or not.

I like the app a lot. Please fix the maintenance section. I can't scroll on most pages especially the maintenance by lane number. Also please fix the alerts. I have to check out, log out and force quit to not get alerts when I'm off duty.

Great app when it actually wants to work. App randomly closes requiring you to check back in frequently. Also freezes if more than one call is sent. Have the same problem on every device we use
