QuizQuality is a web and mobile tool that meets the needs of managing non-compliance in quality audit processes, training assessments, inspections of technical standards, performance and work safety, preventive maintenance, among others.

Any project that needs to control non-conformities will have its inspection standardized through questions grouped in a checklist, as previously defined by the auditor/supervisor.

The system consists of two modules:

a) Web Module: which is accessed through the browser and manages users, projects/works, branches, documents/evaluation standards and checklist with their respective answers. This module also allows assignment to specific users and scheduling of inspections to be performed by one or more users. The presentation of a dashboard with graphs, indicators (KPIs) and reports that allow the auditor/supervisor to have full control of the monitored process in terms of previously defined standards. The application has an open architecture to allow the creation of checklists in the most diverse areas.

b) Tablet/Smartphone module: is responsible for completing the checklist in loco with the possibility of photographic recording, geographic position of the nonconformities, not requiring an internet connection to complete the responses (offline work).
