Unreliable. After fighting with the app and the HORRIBLE instructions for both the app and the Bodega freezer, I was able to get it to connect. The app version was updated. The app lost my freezer, said it could not be found and it won't connect again. Tried everything. I appreciate they made a version of the app for customers that are unable to read chinese, but having message popups in a mismatched language is a bug that should be considered.

I don't even think this app is real. It does nothing. In the presence of an excellent wifi signal and a current, fully functional, totally updated Samsung phone, it does nothing to connect to a brand new powered cooler. I probably just compromised my network by trying. The nearest community college could have their computer class design a functioning, real app in less than a day. I got 115 characters left to complain more, but it's too depressing. Just use the buttons on the cooler.

App is useless. It's impossibly hard to get the fridge connected in the first place. Then is seems to randomly decide when it would like to connect or not connect at any point in the future. How is this an "upgrade"? I had the previous version of this fridge for almost 3 years before it died. The previous app was dead simple to use and always stayed connected. This is trash!
