EasyFolha is a time management system that caters to any business. It aims to transform an activity considered obsolete into a modern and user-friendly routine, both by employees and those who manage work routines and working hours, meeting the premises of MTE Ordinances 1510 and 373. With EasyFolha you will be able to:

EasyFolha has three modules:

1.Web: Allows in addition to pointing, all records management (employees, hours, justifications, among other functions), journey and system parameters, team management, management reports and dashboards, performance analysis, time bank management, e-mailing vouchers, holiday registration and holiday management, photo and event management, vacation management, document justification point justifications, integration ERP's layouts.

2. Mobile (Fixed): Allows employee appointment by NFC / QRCODE / REGISTRATION, photo registration, no limit of equipment to use, works offline and online transparently to the user, allows time stamp printing via bluetooth printer, accessibility features for the hearing and visually impaired.

3. Mobile (APP): Point record with geographic coordinates and photo, possibility of justifications and authority, consultation of records and viewing of mirrors, credit and debit operations, available in IOS and Android versions.
