good ecosystem of BlibliTiket. but why does the invoice only appears at midnight ? salim group does it better LOL ?

I tried to redeem vouncher and after I did that message pop up with a message "you have 24 hours to exchange it". I was not aware about that because they inform not at the begining but after a fact. Moreover next day, after 21 hour, it said expired... but I tried to exchamge it anyway but I have been aksed for ID to do so... really? ID to exchange vouncher? There were no info about that too and Im not bringing my ID to the store... Deleted this app. All program looks like a scam.

Can't register cos the app doesn't recognize my phone number. I thought perhaps it's still registered to my old phone no but then I realized that others are experiencing the same thing but they only have 1 phone number, which means the app has some error in the system. Please fix it immediately
