Ranchr is a cattle records management app that eliminates the need of carrying around a pen and paper by bringing the power to your fingertips with a mobile app along with an online dashboard for your computer.

Ranchr can work completely offline and sync with the cloud once you do have internet access.

With Ranchr, you can add basic info about your livestock such as name, ear tag, date of birth, breed, and sex.

You can also report when you sell a cow, when a cow gets a treatment, when there is health change such as a sickness to a cow, and when you record the weight of cow, along with the option to add notes and the date you applied the record.

The focus of this app was to eliminate the time it takes to record the information of your livestock/cattle so that you are more likely to record even the smallest amount of your cattle's information. Having complete and accurate livestock records will give you the tools to make your ranch very profitable and eliminate waste

Ranchr is also a cloud based software so that you can access your records from anywhere. The cattle records you enter on your phone will instantly be available on the online dashboard or to anyone else who logs in under your credentials. Having this ease of access to your cattle records will make your day to day operations simple and easy.

Has potential but too many issues. They need to clean up the way the database links. I definitely wouldn't pay to use this. I'm removing the free version for my very small herd.... This would be a nightmare with a large herd. I can't list all of the issues here bc not enough space.

Too many bugs in the app and the desktop version. Free for up to 10 cattle $7 a month for up to 50 cattle and $13 a month for unlimited. I couldn't even add my small herd with accurate info because of the bugs. I definitely wouldn't pay for something I can't use. Doesn't appear to be written by anyone with experience raising cattle.

Good app. Easy to use. But have problems adding photo of cow. I can only add a picture from library. The 'take a picture' option does not deliver. And I need an option for the calves profile for deceased or miscarriage.
