As a dispatcher I really like the way Rapid on the Go functions, every step of the Dispatch and Invoice process is much more streamlined. No more lost or forgotten job tickets. All the Information the operator needs is at their fingertips. Invoicing is a snap and takes just minutes now! This has almost eliminated a position in the office.

It is a good app for job invoices and information, but is it really necessary for it to constantly use location on devices. This causes unnecessary battery drainage on operators' phones. The majority of companies already have GPS location devices inside of their fleets.

Every time we do a pre trip on a unit with miles and hours it never updates it's always about 2000 miles behind and 2000hrs behind can that be fixed . If we are putting the miles and hrs in on the unit it should keep that unit updated in rapid on the go. Thank you hope we can try to fix the issue.
