About this app

Communicator is the software for monitoring distribution processes according to HACCP principles and for managing the fleet of machines.
This technology allows you to optimize:

• HACCP safety: the user has the possibility of monitoring and recording working temperatures, identifying any anomalies in time, so as to guarantee high food safety and timely intervention to resolve any problem;


• the distribution process: the system is able to signal and record malfunction or process alarms to allow rapid intervention and avoid the recurrence of any future problems;


• economic savings: costs and on-site intervention times are reduced, thanks to the tracking of the machine's performance data and the possibility of sharing them with accredited assistance centres. Furthermore, it is possible to track and analyze machine consumption.

Communicator is offered on two levels, for various traceability needs: Basic and Premium.

• Communicator basic: entry level, easy to install and use, economical, designed to satisfy the need for HACCP food safety in small facilities.


• Communicator premium : Complete, real-time connectivity. It allows timely remote interventions, with the possibility of keeping data in the cloud or on a local server.
