It connects to my BT, and pressing connect in the app would make you believe that it is connected, but none of the controls work so obviously it's not connected. I think that my phone doesn't see it as a serial device so no communication happens. But who knows

It does not connect to power supply on Android 9,10 and 12. I know it support android 5-10 officially. This is version 3.0.2. but I found that version 2.0.2 working just fine with all above android versions. Where to find 2.0.2 well find my YouTube channel named fantabh and than find my video about riden power supply. In description you will find link to 2.0.2 version.

I love my RD6018W but the app requires the GPS to be enabled which is a completely ridiculous requirement. I can think of no technical reason why the GPS is required for two devices to communicate on a wifi network. I don't enable my gps for anything else and this app is the only one that I use that forces the gps to be enabled. What do you do with your customers location data?
