Buggy! If i answer at my desk the ReachUC answer screen goes way but keeps ringing. Not in notifications, if I pull up the app it doesn't show the answer / decline screen. I have to restart my phone. It's great that this app can forward to my cell, but it's painful when i answer and the person on the other end is wondering if I'm going to put them on hold cause they hear a phone ringing. Stock Samsung S10 that's up to date. Please fix!

Used to be great. Now I'm deleting all of the app data at a minimum, once a day, to stop all of the ghost rings from happening. Shortly after though, it just goes back to ringing non stop and no way to answer it. I've tried uninstalling and putting it back but it keeps happening. The app has become unusable. Samsung S8 Active running Android 9.

Works sometimes for a minute. Sometimes I get calls, but most of the time they do not come through. I can never have a call that lasts over a minute to 2 minutes because it's disconnected. Not only is the app frustrating, but it has become useless to me. I use an Android and my coworkers use iPhones have better results. It seems to do better on iPhones than on Androids, but not worth purchasing a new phone
