Absolutely horrible customer service and Technical support. Took over 150 days to solve an email problem and unfortunately had to move on to a different software provider. Unbelievably disappointing as I've been with them since the beginning. After they resolved the email problem, and gave a pathetic apology, they completely closed my account to where I could not access any of my previous account history. STAY AWAY!

This app is hopelessly limited. Due to that, I have no choice but to use the web interface on my mobile, which is difficult due to the portrait aspect ratio and requirement to zoom in on text. I'd give it no stars if I could. Please fix this broken and limited app. I can't do anything from it. Use the Tradify app as your example.

I'd like to be able to use the inventory management module and IMEI tracking aspect of the software on the go. Unfortunately the invoices don't show the IMEI numbers that were chosen from inventory. They show up on the web application, just not the mobile app.
