Doesn't pair with Third Reality switches. Just says "no device found" over and over again. If I resolve the problem I will update this. If not, I've returned the devices. Update: Reached out to support, and they recommended I reset the hub. The reset button didn't work, but I unplugged the hub and deleted it from the app. I then re-paired the hub and the switches successfully. However, this app does not provide any troubleshooting; I'm updating my 1-star to 3-star.

Based upon other reviews from today, I am not the only one having an issue with the app (and therefore hardware). I can't log into the app, reset my password, or create a new account, which means my switches are now useless, as my Google home cannot communicate with it. This is a bummer, especially after it's worked without issue for about 2 months. Hope there's a fix soon.

Ground Hog
Possibly the Sept 25 update or Maybe since the last AWS network issues this has gone in the toilet. One hub , 3 light switches. Skills with Alexa no longer works. This app is hit or miss now. Today it says servers are down. Yesterday only 2 of 3 switches worked, but the app sees the switches and knows if they are on or off. Manually toggling a switch shows in the app. I can't trust the app to turn outside lights on or off now. Especially off. That's a bullseye for thieves.
