This app will not allow users to rotate the phone screen and the app features are extremely limited and inaccessible as a result. Users are not allowed to click download or many other features due to the options to click being located at the very top of the phone screen near the battery and clock display. Poorly designed and not user friendly.

Not surprised smh. It's a simple idea really (digital version of officials manual) but MSHSL again finds a way to display its incompetence when it comes to recruiting and retaining officials by partnering with an app with insufficient functionality. At least it was free...still, it's barely worth it.

Cannot tap the download button since it's behind the top status bar of my phone screen. The download button is right behind the battery meter and reception bars.
