The storytelling is wonderfully thematic and the branching storylines really lend to robust replayability. The writing is solid and this game feels unlike any other - a richly engaging euro. The app at this point still has a few glitches which the developers are working on. Only complaint is that the 'back' function is clumsy. With three to five click thrust between each round, if you missed something, it is not easy to go back and check your work. A log or summary option would be helpful.

The app has some issues that, if solved, will make it a lot better. First, it needs to include a Log, as well as the option to go back beyond just one step. It also has the technical issue that the voice many times just doesn't play, and the interface for the voice is quite lackluster. A regular user would expect to press the pause button to switch to play. Instead you get volume options, yet an option for playing the voice is found nowhere. Please, fix these things for a better experience.

First play through of scenario one yesterday. First, shame they used an automated voice to read the text. We selected the female voice the tone is monotonous adding nothing to the theme. She mispronounced words and only read part of the text. Secondly, my daughter clicked the end of round link by mistake. We couldn't go back or at least it wasn't clear so ended up in the third round on the app whilst still in the second round on the board. The should be a confirmation. Otherwise it's okay.
