Ratings and reviews

Used a few times normally pretty good however. Paid for next day delivery parcel lost in transit 20 days later, no clear communication. no replacement products... no contact numbers chat bot's keep cutting off, un answered emails, if at all its 48hrs between. Absolutely terrible serive at my witts end with they're "customer service" department!! My complaint has been escalated so many times it has its own lift.. However still no parcel or indication of them sending it.

wouldn't bother shopping online with these. Ordered 5 items for next day delivery and 3 days later still nothing, order still says processing. Im expecting like a alot of the reviews before mine I'll get an email at some point saying items are out of stock. They are nothing but frauds and thieves.

There Trustpilot star is 1 out of 5. I payed for the next day delivery. They still haven't shipped. Contacting them is not easy, and they won't answer. I can't understand this firm is still trading. Chargeback them through your bank. Every chargeback will cost them £50. I will do it for the shipping, which they broke our contract. These are utterly scum of Britain that need to be addressed.
