My Pathlight empowers you to manage your residency at your fingertips! Securely make rent and utility payments and set up AutoPay, submit and track maintenance requests, view your lease agreement, exercise the Right to Purchase, access the Help Center, and contact us.

Terrible UI. So many fields where you can't see what you're typing because they haven't properly coded the app, the keyboard blocks your text field. Add in the human element of their absolutely worthless "representatives" and routinely sub par contractors, it's a shining testament to Pathlights overall lack of reliability, quality and management.

Pathlight has now fully removed the ability to pay rent via mobile browser and is forcing me to download this app. This is purely so that on top of rent, they can also make money off of me by harvesting data from my phone. I will be uninstalling this every single time I am forced to use this app. I will do what I have to to minimize Pathlight taking advantage. What a reprehensible corporation! EDIT: and the app just opens a browser page, itself, and even uses Chrome internally to do so!

creating service requests are a pain. furthermore, you are greeted with the ID of the request which means nothing to anybody and that is all You get on notifications. Good luck trying to figure out what service request is being processed by what ID. pathlight support cannot search for service requests by anything that you put in.
