Useless app always issue balance/minutes are being unfairly deducted even when calls fail or disconnect. The call quality is poor,

This App is useless and don't use. It has many malfuntioning; 1. Many times the connection is not working. 2. The call sounds automatically stop after few minutes. 3. The call will break automatically after 10 or 15 minutes.

I am not able to register. After entering all the information provided on the calling card, it gives the message of invalid login. Can someone help me with the proper solution? Otherwise my 10 dollars are going to the drain.
