About this app

The course covers the whole German grammar and teaches about 4500 of the most frequently used German words. The content is structured to provide a gradual increase in difficulty, with explanations at every step, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable learning experience.
What is unique about Fastlingo apps is the way vocabulary and grammar concepts are repeated at certain intervals until they become internalized. It is a continuous progress from beginner to advanced where each sentence not only brings something new but reinforces things learned previously.

Love this app! Very step-by-step kind of learning and is perfect for beginners. I think it helps to have started just a little bit before so you can at least recognize common words and patterns to the sentence structure, but as a secondary source of learning german it has helped me slow down and really pay attention to certain grammar mistakes that I made. It helps break down the process a lot, which I needed. It may not look as shiny or pretty as other apps, but it sure does the job

One thing I like about this app is the multiple styles of learning. For example, I can start off by trying to type a translation in before seeing the answer, or wait until after to test my memory. I can say it both before or after. I can do all three. The whole time, there are explanations for each step of the way as it builds in complexity.

I just started using this app. It goes straight into simple sentences with varying pronouns, as statements first, then changed into questions, then turned into negative statements and questions. Each sentence comes with an explanation of the grammar or phonetic rules, completes with writing, listening and pronouciation testing excercises. For listening, there are options to adjust the pitch and the speed of the speech. This is exactly the way I like to learn a language.

What's new

Added voice commands, useful when you want to practice while doing something else, like driving. Useful also for people with impaired vision.
Note. Wait for the green microphone icon to give a command.
Fixed a bug where the explanations are not pronounced properly.
