It was a very bad experience. I have been insuring my car and two wheeler with different companies for the last 5 years but it has never happened that after buying the insurance, the insurance company asks for extra premium. While buying the policy, you are told about a different premium and after the policy is purchased, you send messages and make phone calls demanding extra premium. Doing this is wrong.

FRAUD. FRAUD. FRAUD. FRAUD. Worst company Never buy policy from reliance insurance . When I uploaded the documents for insta claim, it shows documents uploaded successfully but when we check claim status it keeps asking to upload the documents. Really frustrating. I saw exact same review from another user dated a year back. So seems like its still not fixed. Its as if they don't want you to file a claim.

I submitted a request to update my contact details, and despite uploading all required documents, the update hasn't been processed. Your response time has been very slow, and I’m also unable to download my policy. Regardless of whether the motor insurance was purchased through a dealer or directly, I should have access to my policy.
