RIB Site offers comprehensive management of digital and mobile construction processes and offers every company a new way of jointly designing construction processes. Collaboration between the office and construction site, as well as collaboration with external project participants such as consortium partners, the customer or executing trades, is future-proof with RIB Site.

Simply store and retrieve documents, plans and defects, define tasks or share them via communication. With RIB Site, you can release documents individually for project participants or trades on a task-related basis or upload them directly via the portal mode or have them released. In this way, employees in the office and on the construction site always work with the correct level of knowledge and save coordination loops and consultation effort. With the convenient search options and integrated full-text search, users can quickly find the right documents and forward them to colleagues or external project partners via a link.

As part of the RIB company platform, RIB Site offers you the perfect complement to integrated management for all relevant information in the construction process. Essential data such as users, projects and business partners are reused via the integration from the central company solution RIB 4.0 and are also available to everyone on the construction site.

RIB Site is available in several construction site optimized user profiles:

- Project / Site Manager (offers full control of all project settings and access to all functions)
- Project employee (access to all functions)
- External project collaborator (portal access to all portal functions)
- Mobile construction site (simple mobile access, e.g. for commercial employees on site or subcontractor site managers)

These profiles can be assigned individually for each construction project and can therefore be used very flexibly.
