have yet to get a good experience through this app yet. Every time a request comes in, with the tiny amount of information you get you ha e to try and quote parts and labor for a job at an estimated distance with no way of calling the driver or dispatcher directly. when you do bid out the job your app is completely locked until the driver accepts it and ONLY then. Also when I tried calling, it connected me with a fishy sounding person that was apparently with Rig, not the driver.

Hi Dustin, the initial information is not detailed because drivers are not sure of the information. Most times we recommend you put in the cost of a callout to diagnose. Once on site, you can adjust the price to add parts or additional labor. After an offer is accepted you can call the driver, before that you can call Rig for information.

Great company, very good communication, fair pricing, and an actual person answers the phone when you call and gets you the right mechanic to fix your unit. My company has worked with them for several years now and have always had great experiences.

As a mechanic when it pops up and says diagnose required you don't know how long that will take it ended up taking us an extra hour plus parts and according to the app "we can't pay for that as it wasn't listed on the quote when you took the job" it took us a week to get paid

Most of our requests start as callouts to diagnose an issue because a customer cannot properly do that themselves. Once on site, technicians are able to adjust the price to add additional labor time, cost of parts, or other expenses. We do not expect you to know how much it will cost to make a repair without being on site first.
