I have owned 2 genies for about a year now. When I first bought them the App didn't work and I had to wait several months for the App to be updated. Both units then worked for a short while until this latest App update. Now nothing works. Cannot find any WiFi networks and one unit is stuck in connect mode. Even resetting the unit doesn't fix it. Love the fragrances.....but don't like the price for something that simply doesn't work! I expected Rituals to be quicker at fixing this common issue!

Hi, I just like everyone to know that I've contacted the service@rituals after explaining my Genie stopped working with the app update. Weeks of back and forward waiting days in between they have decided that since my genie is apparently out of order there's nothing they can do, so if anyone else has stopped working because of the app update their not going to help you and gaslight you into thinking its not their fault when its clearly an app issue

each time I open the app it gives me the option to set up the device or explore the demo. I've already set up the device, but if I choose this option it tells me to login, but then becomes unresponsive when I try. Killing the app does nothing. Absolute waste of space app - no idea why the app is so big when it does nothing.
