Both the previous version of this app and the current 2.0 release are faulty. Their customer service is also subpar. I placed an order, made the payment in advance, yet the app shows no record of my order. When I called customer service, they were completely unaware of the order. They mentioned they would place the order manually, but after three calls and waiting nearly three hours, they still couldn’t confirm it. It's absolutely ridiculous!
