Searching for produccts very difficult. Many times I have entered 'xyz' and the search responds 'abc'. Also, although I understand the demands for pickup slots, I placed an order on May 1st and tried and tried multiple times every day but never got a time slot! Finally, on May 12th I got a slot for May 15th. It seems that whatever algorithm you apply doesn't assign slots by date reservation was made. I was outraged and wS prepared to cancel my order and stop doing business with Roche Bros.

This is a good app and I waited a long time for it (there was an iOS app some years ago, but I switched to Android about 7 years ago.) I have a few suggestions but, despite my best efforts, I cannot find a way to contact the App developer. First, and most important, it would be EXTREMELY helpful if there was an option to clear only the checked items from the in-store list (rather than deleting all items). Second, it would be helpful if the check box was larger (my big finger often accidentally opens the item when I'm merely trying to check off an item I've added to my shopping cart). Fiunally, the "previous purchases" does not seem to work at all. It would be a very helpful feature (especially the "My Most Frequent" tab), but nothing ever appears there. Still, this is a pretty good app.

the store has always been overpriced but now it seems to be predatory on top of it; items are even more excessively overpriced than ever. Don't listen to their reasoning, this is not normal. every other store is far cheaper, even Whole Foods for some items. Also the new interface is hot garbage and doesn't meet WCAG accessibility standards so it's exclusionary to those with low vision.
