Love the coverage and speed. In the 3 years of ownership, I had one device fail. RS customer service was exceptional! After maybe 10 minutes of troubleshooting (which did not resolve the issue), a new device was shipped overnight. I highly recommend Rock Space Wi-Fi hardware.

Fails to connect to system regularly. Routers have never reached the speeds of my internet speeds subscription 400 Mbps. It's max is about 20% of my package's speed. Most of the time just 10%. My system has NEVER even come close to the advertised speed of 1200 Mbps!

No support, troubleshooting guide is worthless, worked okay when I bought the set, but when I reran the network and rebooted the router, now the app won't see any of the rs nodes, and I can't do anything. They're literally hundred dollar paperweights.
