Usable info is sparse. No detail on why expenses are declined. I had to call to get answers, because there's no way to contact anyone. It said that I was ineligible for reimbursement because today (literally, 2/28/25) wasn't covered! On the phone with the CSR yesterday, he told me to use my browser and their website, because the app isn't very good.

This app has continued to improve since the switch last year. I'm now able to submit expenses and have them paid out the same day without issues. RMR has real people rather than a bot to speak to when I did have an issue, and that made it easy to solve.
