Ratings and reviews

Probably the worst app I have come across. Even if I could search for a book after multiple attempts ( before the app crashes) , I can't add it to the cart because buy now button doesn't work. There is no way to filter the search results so that the results only yeilds the ebooks. The search option on the ebook section do not work. The saved and bought ebooks disappear and then miraculously appear as they wish. I would not recommend this app to anyone.

Needs more improvement in the UX. Compared to Wafilife's app, a small company, Rokomari, a giant company, it's app lags behind from many aspects. Crashed and loading issues have been noticed many times. Search is not satisfactory. Changing profile picture from the app doesn't work, instead turns the picture black. Checking and unchecking which products I need from the cart failed too many times, and I had to use the web app as a result.

Absolute garbage of an app, UI is poor and couldnt find an option to change the language to English. In the cart section, it prompts me to discover products even though Ive already added items to my cart. After clicking place order it takes an infinite amount of time loading, and then it tells me that that my cart is empty.
