This app is near to perfect in most of the services they offer. But most times they delay alot before crediting the bank account when withdrawal is made from the app and then again I think their roqq'n'roll spin wheel is just an option there for fancy because I keep getting the gems needed to use the spin wheel but everytime I try to use it it just doesn't work, it keeps saying; "hang tight, our wheels are taking a short break. They'll be back for more spins soon". Many months It hasn't changed

your new update app is rubbish, I can't go beyond the new stupid feature asking for username. I was stuck in there all day, pressing the continue option button for hours after inputting the username on the box. you guys should fix this nonsense. B4 the updating the app, I can't verify my bvn I did the 3seconds video verification for days I couldn't get verified. There's a lot of issues with the app.

This app have really been terrible since I downloaded it, I have been trying to verify it for weeks now but its not working, the worst of all I have deposited in it already, they never asked for verification while I was depositing but they asked before I should withdraw still yet they won't allow someone to verify his/her account. I'm beginning yo see this app as a scam
