It works. Can relate to many of the frustrated comments, yet it has helped our business. Better on a PC. Cons: Can't modify route while on the road. Have un-installed and re-installed many times. We keep using it because now we know it, and it feels daunting to learn a new app. We just know that once the route is dispatched, the driver has to just complete it, as is. You can change a route from a PC, like the dispatch person, which makes sense if your business is set up for that.

Trash. One star is too much. 1 star for browser version. The browser version is much much better, but is also trash. Very limited functions. Cant look at tomorrows route then go back to today's. Cant look at past routes. Cant change route order. Every time I open a new route, it opens yesterday's route. Your app is terrible and you should feel bad.

Quits on me mid route all the time. Last week the "Unfortunely this crapapp has stopped. Close app, send feedback" window continously popped up after I chose send feedback and close app. Clunky, not very intuitive. Can't change route after last stop, numbers on list disappear after completed stop, doesn't allow you to set your navigational app (so you have to choose it EVERY time you drive to another stop). Could be more handsfree. Doesnt have switch to landscape view when device is turned.
