Delivery: Punctual so far| Inventory: Horrible| I used to work at a Supermarket. We were trained to sell the stock that is expiring FIRST. I feel that the mentioned app shortcoming (out of stock) is intentional as cost of delivery is high due to manpower. Those who don't live nearby and wants to buy a lot of things without a car likely needs to (1) Grab/Taxi (2) (in-store) spend $200 to get free delivery or pay $15 for deliveries for spending under $200.

Terrible as it is not user friendly and the phone's screen which is much smaller than the laptop's screen, thus the icons for the items are so small. Display just two/three items instead of a list of items when the platform was available via online (laptop). Not customer oriented. Disappointing that the customers are not given an option to stay on the ex-platform.

One of the worst online grocers. Everytime I order, there is something out of stock. That's 3 out of 4 times I made on order, at least 2 items missing missing. And if you used a coupon, it'll be wasted due to the OOS items, even though its not your fault. Horrible inventory management and horrible experience. Don't bother buying here, try redmart or amazon fresh.
