The app itself is as expected. Easy, user friendly UI. I personally had problems with RuneOS and ended up having to switch to Volumio due to WLAN issues. Volumio is working great for me. I did see that some people were able to use the Rune Audio app with their Volumio server but I did not have the same luck. Nevertheless the app and OS are great. 👍👍

Performance is no better than pinning a browser page to the start window. The swiping to find the player is quite confusing especially as the web viewer doesn't need it. The worst is that the "android back arrow" closes the app instead of the action performed by clicking the back arrow on top of the page, which would've probably been the only difference between this and using chrome and worth 5* on its own. Alas...

A very good app. If your main purpose is to stream audio from your NAS, this is the best app. for that. It connects to your network very easily, unlike Volumio and Moode. You can also add streaming radio stations individually as you please. This way you don't have an endless list of stations, like you do with Volumio. The negative comments here are from people who don't know what they are doing. For e.g., the spinning wheel, yes it is an idiosynchracy of the app., simply touch the screen ...
