Ratings and reviews

The app takes too long to sync after completing a course. Filtering by course duration is available on the web but missing in the app. It should be added to the app. The app also refreshes every time you move between pages instead of keeping your scroll position. Developers should improve the app for smoother and more user-friendly performance.

During a training activity, Saba is fine. However, every experience is littered with multiple 5+ minute delays while it synchronizes or simply stops responding. When I have 10 minutes between appointments, I would love to knock out a training module. With this iteration of the app, I simply cannot. It leeches productivity.

It's necessary for CLE, and trainings, but half the time it doesn't function as it should. Doesn't save progress, so if you get a call that you have to answer, or have to stop to do something important, you're at square 1. Frustrating course is 1.5hrs & you've nearly finished SEVERAL TIMES. company supposedly pays for CEUs, but not if incomplete=Wasted time/no pay. Curious how app shows a CEU complete in 36 seconds! One star bc I can't give 0.
