The interface is easy enough to understand, unfortunately the refresh rate is very slow. This makes it hard to do any physical assessment on the draw of any appliance. Hopefully the refresh rate will get faster as they develop the software. I'm also having trouble setting up the price templates for both export and import. When I type in my country (Australia) and my provider the template highlights them both as errors. The AI help desk wasn't much help, either. Promising start, needs developing

App still lacks the basic data and the refresh rate is too slow. Refresh needs to be every 5 seconds. Needs to show on the main page how much power you've exported to the grid for the day. Time of Use settings don't actually work. It's still clunky. Try looking at what other inverter/battery companies do and learn from them.

so many bugs with the firmware of the inverter. it has so many options but can't maintain basic charging balance for supposed close loop Ruixu batteries!? Nothing but problems with all Ruixu since purchasing.
