The new update is terrible. Half the time the app doesn't and I'm unable to login UPDATE: now the app doesn't work at all. I have been unable to login for about a week now! EDIT: This app worked great for a few months. It's now been a week, and it isn't allowing me to sign in AGAIN! Can we please figure it out!? I called the actual bank line, and they too, can't figure out why I'm getting this error message.

Been with this bank a long time, getting ready to change banks. They keep turning off my debit card without notification. Most ridiculous thing I've ever seen. I can use the card, then its restricted, and no 24 hour service to help out. The automated service does nothing, i also have fraud alert turned on yet its still not contacting me. Terrible service.

It just works. It isn't anything fancy about the app. It allows you to do basic things that should come standard: mobile check deposit, allowed transfers externally and internally, can connect with an agent very quickly, etc... Nothing deserves a 5 star, unless they are waiting on me hand and foot. This app isn't that, but it's close enough for practical purposes.
