I cannot make an account. I keep getting to my member ID and then I get "unable to connect account." I try to call them at the number the app provides, goes to Provide A Ride. I am told that they have no customer support or IT dept for this app. All they give me is that it's a "third party app" and to uninstall and reinstall. Still doesn't work! It takes so long to book with them if every appt isn't at the exact same time. Then every appt has to be booked separately! App is a waste of taxpayer $

I installed the program on One phone, the program works great it was easy smooth ran with ease. but then I switched phones and carriers had to reinstall it, now it's giving me an error that I did not have the correct credentials it's saying are wrong credentials. no matter what I do reinstalled it, deleted cash, everything call the number there's no option for technical support so what can I do? I'd really like to improve my rating for you and give it a 5 is what I was going to give it.

I personally have found this app extremely useful on my side of the stick, but I've been trying to set up an account for my husband, but it's being extremely difficult to set up because it's not finding his member ID number but when I call caresource and provide a ride, the number is active... so idk what to do in terms of setting up his app account....
