Internet intelligent temperature control system (S_Link-50C), which is a control system for user to remotely view and control house temperature by mobile terminal. User is able to operate the specific APP of thermostat from their smart phone which is supported Android or IOS, and make sure it has connected internet, gateway transmit receiving commands to thermostat via radio frequency (RF) technology, then achieved remotely control thermostat.

How do you even release an app that won't open — even worse, fail to hotfix it immediately (almost a MONTH since last release)? Both this app and Smart-E crashes on login, on multiple devices, suggesting this is not an edge case. Disappointing.

App crashes on log in. Issue has not been fixed for 2 months at least. Great that this occurs exactly when the temperatures are dropping.

App crashes on Android. Issue is still unresolved even though few months have passed since I first noticed that.
