How the Level2 Health app works: When people join Level2 Specialty Care, they gain entry to the Level2 Health app, which includes access to:

• Care team: A coach is just one member of the care team and helps virtually connect members to other parts of the team, including physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses, registered dietitians or other type 2 diabetes experts.

• Learning: We bring proven, practical guidance from experts in diabetes, nutrition and behavioral health, designed to help people learn, make healthy choices and feel their best.

• Daily actions: Turn learning into action with daily actions, which suggest activities and reminders designed to bring you closer to achieving personal goals.

completely garbage app: can't ever log in: this issue has been happening to me for years and has persisted through THREE DIFFERENT PHONES, so i know it's not an issue with me. I've complained, but they don't listen. i left messages with support, no idea of they got them, how will they contact me? no idea. can't login, can't contact support, can't talk to anyone so this is a real worthless app. i hope someone got fired for this.

Great experience. Good (almost) real time feedback. I wish there was an option where i could enter data in regard to what was happening in certain graphs. Birthday cake at work Wednesday afternoon (associated with a blood sugar up spike) or caught in traffic for 3 hours without snacks(downward plunge.) I would also prefer to see my data longer in the line graphs. Once the data transitions to the bar graphs, trends are no longer visible. The bar graphs are of minimal value.

I was a practicing member for about 6 months (?), or so. I was really getting a good handle on my sugar levels using the Dexcon 6 CGM. But I was having trouble motivating myself to get out an exercise due to pandemic lockdown and having depression. Instead of coaching me through or helping me, I was removed from the program without warning. And when I opened a case with Support to find out why, I was ghosted completely by Level 2 and never got a response.
