I have used the app since day 1 and never had an issue til yesterday. The app won't pull up the QR code to pay and it's been like this for a full day. No notification or anything about how that they are working on fixing it, or to use the card. Luckily I had bus drivers that let me on, otherwise I'd be stranded. Hopefully DOT understands that reliability is the number one priority, since I use this app to get to work everyday. And if something goes wrong, let me know about it in advance.

Just don't download this app: Trust me, it's not worth it. Not only will this disable the insanely fast goctcard that you can literally tap, you have to spend minutes on the bus trying to get the barcode to scan from your phone, instead of them simply using NFC. Truly baffling how bad this app is, have to screenshot my app, and actually shrink down the barcode so that the readers can read it.

Terribly unreliable. This morning it wouldn't even let me log in to get a QR code. Sometimes the code readers on the bus can't read the QR code. I have figured out increasing the brightness helps that. Money added to the account takes forever to show up in the app. Great concept poorly executed. Drivers have been great but the app actually slows everything down. Stick with your card for now.
