App is slow. Processing home photos takes up to much time. Yes, once it locks you out, good luck getting back in... You have to contact someone from SBCA good luck... At this point I can pretty much figure out if ODU location passes ZOP rendering in my head without the app. The office I work for requires a rendering screenshot. Huge waste of time . At the moment I have a new phone downloaded the app 2wks ago and I'm still locked out...

Won't let me login... but after I try logging in I close the app then reopen it. Once opened it looks like I'm logged in but if I click anything I get kicked out

Can't even get into the app. Got sbca certified 12yrs ago and have no way to recover password or username. Waste of time
