We've had the adjustable bed for several years now. I HAD the old app installed on my phone and it worked just fine. I only used it when I misplaced my remote. Now my remote is sticking, some keys are iffy so thought I'd open the app to my surprise it wasn't on my phone! I re-download it and it is nothing like the old one. Long press doesn't work and it tells you to connect to a wifi signal that doesn't exist. What a piece of garbage. If it ain't broke, don't fit it.

I purchased the luxury split king base - after hours of attempts I was only able to get one side recognized by this app, and that seemed to be more random than intentional (multiple calls to the vendor, disabled my 5g network, connected to hotspot, etc. nothing works). Worst app I've ever used, bar none. Unplugged the side that won't connect (to kill the otherwise ever present beeping). not sure if I'll keep trying or just use the supplied app.

I've had this adjustable base for 3 years and the app worked fine. Since the latest update I've been logged out of the app and when I try to log in, it says log in fail. So I tried creating a new account, but the whole app is different now and it says to connect to the app I start by pressing the foot up and foot down buttons at the same time for 5 seconds until the base makes a beeping, but it never does. So the app is now useless!
