Consumers may download the app and lodge complaints for Roshan Digital Accounts & General Banking through their mobile App. For lodging a complaint, the consumers need to register themselves at the portal through their personal details like mobile number, CNIC, email address, etc.

A Frustrating Experience with SBP's Complaint Registration App I recently tried to use the new app introduced by the State Bank of Pakistan (Sunwai) to register a complaint, but my experience was extremely disappointing. The app seems to be more of a hindrance than a help. the app is very temperamental – I struggled to receive OTPs on multiple occasions, which made it impossible to proceed.

This app is completely useless. I have filed a complaint 3 months ago, but there has been no response at all. The Meezan Bank staff have taken my money and are just sitting silently without giving any reply. From my side, this app deserves zero stars
